Do I have to join the programme?
No. Booking a Game Plan call does not commit you to joining Arena. If there’s a fit, you’ll discuss the paid programme, investment and terms before making a decision.
Is this for my business?
Arena is designed for owners of trades, mining, construction and related contracting businesses doing around $1M–$5M a year. You already have a team and want it to take more ownership. Your individual situation and fit are explored on the call.
How much time does Arena take?
Arena is a 12-month implementation programme. Allow roughly two hours a week for learning and coaching, plus implementation in your business. It takes work—not just watching content.
Does my leadership team get involved?
Yes. Owners and teams have separate weekly workshops, practical tools and opportunities to implement together. Your leadership team is included, so you don’t have to translate every idea back to them yourself.
What is the investment?
Arena is a paid, 12-month programme. The investment, support and terms are discussed on your Game Plan call once your business and goals are understood.
What if I join and it isn’t right for me?
The offer includes a 30-day “love it or leave it” period. You build your Game Plan, experience the coaching and start implementing. Confirm the full exit and payment terms on the call; this is not an unconditional refund or a guarantee of financial results.
